Boredom. Already bored of your routine? Try multi-tasking. I love this trick, because with two toddlers running around, I dont have time for everything I want to get done before the kids wake up. So, I read while Im riding the stationary bike. I get a good workout and Ive got in the reading I wanted to do. This helps the time to go by a lot quicker.
Weather. Do you live in a place with extreme weather? Always have an indoor back-up plan. A gym, rec. center, indoor pool, etc. Many communities have rec. centers with very reasonable fees.
Lack of Motivation. Re-visit the reasons for wanting to achieve your goal in the first place. Is it because you want to fit into a certain clothing item, reduce blood pressure and cholesterol, or control your diabetes? Whatever it is, just consider how bad you want it and then stick to the plan until it becomes second nature.

So I was on YouTube this morning and I randomly thought I'd do a search for weight loss wars and found this review by a guy named Jordan who we don't even know at WeightLossWars who had done a review of our site.

I guess he did a competition sometime this last winter and apparently rocked it! His weight loss wars review was obviously positive so we're happy because we have worked hard and continue to work hard to provide the best experience for weight loss in a fun, competitive, supportive atmosphere that can be gauged to the individual needs of people who want to lose weight.

My name is Pete Maughan and I noticed that this guy Jordan lost 48 pounds or so in his competition and I just want to say that some people might say that to lose this amount of weight in a period of a few months might be something you should consult your doctor about. But on a side note, I think that sometimes we don't consider the fact that although people say it's dangerous to lose that amount of weight too quickly, what is also dangerous is holding on to an extra 50-60 pounds. With all the sitting at desks, munching at your desk, December office parties, ordering lunch as a group, and don't forget the baked goodies co-workers bring in especially in December. We all know what desks to visit if you have a craving for something sweet because they have a jar of goodies sitting prominently there for you to grab. And so it goes that it's no wonder extra weight starts to creep onto our own personal scale. There are several things to consider when you wonder how to start a biggest loser at work.

1. Choose a starting date on which everyone gets weighed that day at the office or at home. Its important to have a start date so that you have a basemark to use in the calculations. Its also good for buzz because people will be talking about it that day and the days leading up to it. You could consider recording the numbers on a chart that the weight loss competitor gets to hold onto. Oh, wait, NO DONT DO THAT!!! 2. Next choose whether youll be requiring weekly weigh-ins or just a single grand-slam weigh-in on the final day. Now, you might be tempted to choose one single weigh-in on the final day because you dont want all the hassle of reminding people and getting their weights, but once again, remember that on weightlosswars.com you dont have to worry about that. Some of the skinniest people in the office may find themselves all the sudden all alone on these convenience storeand doughnut store runs! Youll notice the strangest things like people spontaneously assembling into groups to work out during lunch or groups of walkers taking to the sidewalks around the office on lunch breaks.
Remember that weight loss is aided immensely by a little healthy competition! This can be just what you need to help you ditch old habits and get sparked onto the path that brings you back much closer to the weight you had in high school!
